1. Agreement

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

We provide construction, renovation, and restoration services in New York City, including roofing, concrete, masonry, waterproofing, facade repair, painting, scaffolding, sidewalk repair, DOB/DOT violation removal, Local Law 11 compliance, and interior design. The exact scope of any project is defined in a separate written contract.

3. Estimates & Contracts

• All estimates are free, non-binding, and subject to change based on site conditions.

• No work begins without a signed written contract.

• Any changes to project scope must be approved via a signed Change Order. Verbal approvals are not binding.

4. Payment

• Payments follow the schedule outlined in your project contract (deposit, milestones, final).

• We offer a secure escrow payment option for client protection.

• Late payments may result in work being paused.

• Permit and municipal fees are the Client's responsibility unless included in the contract.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate property information, ensure site access during working hours, obtain any required board or HOA approvals, and make payments on time.

6. Warranty

We warranty our workmanship as specified in your project contract. This does not cover damage by third parties, normal wear and tear, severe weather, or pre-existing conditions outside our scope of work.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project in question.

8. Insurance

We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance as required by New York State law. Certificates are available upon request.

9. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description: By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, you consent to receive SMS text messages from 786 Construction Services Corporation. Our program sends transactional messages such as appointment reminders, account and service notifications, and responses to inquiries, and, with separate consent, promotional messages such as special offers, discounts, and announcements.

Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York City, after first attempting good-faith resolution directly with us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
